How we’ll work together

Who this is for

You may be a Head of Creative, Marketing, Comms, HR, or Operations. Or perhaps a CMO or MD at an organisation with 50 to 2,000+ people. Somewhere in your world, creative work is happening in a team that's outgrown its structure, scattered across departments with no shared process, or is entirely outsourced at a cost (and speed) that no longer makes sense.

You don't need another agency pitch. You need someone who's built this before to help you work out what to do next.

The sprint model

Three structured, fixed-scope engagements that get you from something's not working to a clear, actionable plan.

Sprint A: Discovery

Stakeholder interviews, brief and process mapping, team skills audit, and a full inventory of your assets and tools. I find out what's really going on before I propose anything.

Sprint B: Analysis

A gap analysis against your business goals, role and capability mapping, a workflow and governance review, and benchmarking against comparable organisations.

Sprint C: Proposal and Roadmap

A creative delivery review, proposed team structure, role descriptions, hiring vs. outsourcing recommendation, SLA outline, a budget estimate, and a 90/180/365-day implementation plan - with the change management thinking built in, not bolted on.

Optional add-ons: detailed job specs, recruitment screening support, interim remote leadership, and implementation support on retainer.

Packages

Rapid review

A fast diagnostic with a quick-win list. For when you need clarity before you commit to bigger change.

Operational reset

Deep analysis plus a full implementation roadmap. For teams that know something's not working and need to know exactly what to fix.

Set-up and launch

An end-to-end blueprint for a new or rebuilt creative function, with 30 days of launch support included. For organisations building this capability from the ground up.

Pricing and timescales available on request, scoped to your organisation's size and needs.

Why a sprint, not a retainer?

Because you don't need another open-ended relationship with unclear ROI. You need a defined problem, solved, with a deliverable you can act on.
